FROM KIM’S BLOG:

This is one of the other fun looks I tried out for my music video. It’s definitely a different look from anything I’ve tried before! How amazing are those nails!?

My song, Jam (Turn It Up), is now available to purchase on iTunes and a portion of the proceeds will go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

See more pics from my music video here.

**She looked so gorge, with so many different looks! This was SUCH a fun video to shoot!  You are going to die when you see it!

FROM KIM KARDASHIAN’S BLOG:

Joyce had noticed a lot of you guys asking for a Get the Glam guide to my Grammys look on Twitter and here on my blog. So, she has put together a step-by-step guide to creating this glamorous look!
We went for a really gorgeous golden eyes look to compliment the amazing Kaufman Franco gown and Lorraine Schwartz jewels I wore to the awards.
Thank you Joyce for always creating the perfect red carpet look! You dolls can follow her on Twitter for all her updates.

STEP ONE: KIM’S SKIN
February 22, 2011 / 5 Comments
REMEMBER!! It’s very Important to keep up on your skincare regimen to keep its glamour & to help you have a clean smooth look. On Kim I apply PerfectSkin, LaMer lifting serum, & PerfectSkin eye cream. To condition lips I used Clarks Botanicals Ultra Rich Lip Balm. *Don’t be lazy, this also goes for washing your face at night! Use makeup remover wipes if you are too tired.

STEP TWO: PRIMER
February 22, 2011 / Leave a Comment
STEP 2: PRIMER I used HD Microperfecting Primer by Make Up For Ever to prep Kim’s skin. *a FAB primer with six color-correcting shades that make it wearable for every skin type and color.

STEP THREE: FOUNDATION
February 22, 2011 / 4 Comments
For this look I used HD Invisible Cover Foundation by Make Up For Ever. *This foundation is one of my favs for red carpet looks because of the flawless definition it leaves. It leaves the skin with a soft-focus finish and withstands harsh lighting like the flash bulbs of photographers and paparazzi.

STEP FOUR: UNDER EYES
February 22, 2011 / 2 Comments
I use High Definition Liquid Concealer by SMASHBOX. *Try blending from the outer corners in to keep concealer from settling in fine lines under the eyes for flawless coverage.

STEP FIVE: SET
February 22, 2011 / Leave a Comment
I like to set Kim’s gorgeous skin with Photo Set Finishing Powder SPF 15 by SMASHBOX. *The perfect setting powder when dealing with hot lights like the ones on red carpets and photo-shoots. This powder helps make up last all day and also has SPF to help guard the skin from harmful UV rays.

STEP SIX: BROWS
February 22, 2011 / 2 Comments
I filled Kim’s brows in with Le Crayon Sourcils Precision Brow Definer, in Taupe by Chanel. *Try bending the attached brush to make for an easier angle when shaping your brows.

STEP SEVEN: KIM’S EYES
February 22, 2011 / Leave a Comment
Because of Kim’s GORGEOUS dress, I wanted to give her a stand out eye full of golds and dramatic lashes. I used three different shades of eyeshadows on Kim, Blunt, Blaze, & Chopper Eyeshadows by Urban Decay. I started by applying the Blunt shade all over the lid, then I applied the Chopper shade just above the crease. I finished off the shadow by blending the two colors together with the Blaze shade in the crease of the eyelid. Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Engraved (rich black) by MAC, is what I used to line the inside of the upper and lower lash line. Along the eyelid, close to the lash line I used Liquid Eye Liner by MAC to draw on a thick, slightly winged out line, I also applied it just under the bottom lash line. For this look I layered on individual lashes to give a dramatic look and finished them off with Hypnose DRAMA by Lancome to make them pop. Remember, to finish off the eye, I curl her lashes using Shu Uemura eyelash curler.

STEP EIGHT: KIM’S CHEEKS
February 22, 2011 / Leave a Comment
To give Kim’s cheeks a touch of color I first applied Blush in Rose by LORAC to the apples of her cheeks. On the hollow of her cheeks I applied a touch of Bronzing Powder in Laguna by NARS to make her cheeks pop with a soft contour.

STEP NINE: KIM’S LUMINOUS GLOW
February 22, 2011 / 1 Comments
Right above the apples of Kim’s cheeks I applied Naked Pigment by M.A.C. to highlight her cheekbones.

STEP TEN: KIM’S LIPS
February 22, 2011 / 1 Comments
To define Kim’s gorgeous lip shape I used Le Crayon Leveres Precision Lip Definer in Natural by Chanel. Classic Cream Lipstick in Cashmere by Dolce & GABBANA is what I used to fill in the lip. I finished her lips with FUSION BEAUTY’s Lip Fusion in Glow to give a high gloss coat with a touch of color.

"JOYCE’S Guide to Creating My PCA Look"

Joyce is one of my best friends and she does my makeup!! We go on all kinds of adventures together like vintage clothes shopping, vintage furniture shopping, all sorts of crazy stuff!
Her outfits inspire me every day that I see her! She has my back and makes sure that I win the gorgeous award! Lol!
Joyce has put together a step-by-step guide to creating my People’s Choice Awardslook. Read her guide here.
Joyce also has blog you can check out.
STEP 1: KOURTNEY’S SKIN
DON’T FORGET GIRLS!! It’s very Important to keep up on your skincare regimen to keep its glamour & to help you have a clean smooth look. On Kourt I apply PerfectSkin & PerfectSkin eye cream. To condition lips I used Clarks Botanicals Ultra Rich Lip Balm. *Don’t be lazy, this also goes for using a cleanser on your pretty little face at night as well! If ONE night you happen to be too tired, use makeup remover wipes.
STEP 2: PRIMER
I used Photo Finish Foundation Primer by Smashbox. *On warm summer days try cooling your Foundation Primer in the refrigerator for refreshing the skin and reduce puffiness.
STEP 3: FOUNDATION
I used Photo ‘Perfexion by Givenchy. When blended into the skin with a foundation brush for a flawless touch, this foundation gives a smoothing concealer effect with a weightless wear and a radiance “projector.”
STEP 4: UNDER EYES
I use Secret Camouflage by Laura Mercier.  *this product is the perfect trick for completely camouflaging dark circles, minor imperfections, and discoloration.
STEP 5: SET
Finally I set Kourt’s entire face with Smashbox’s Photo Set Finishing Powder with SPF 15. *this is perfect to keep makeup from melting away under the hot lights of a photoshoot or on the red carpet.  REMEMBER don’t use too much of this, just a little touch is all you need.
STEP 6: BROWS
I tweezed them using Tweezerman tweezers. Then filled them in with Benefit’s Brow Zing. *use an angled brush and apply soft strokes of the pigmented wax to shape and define the brow, then take your small blending brush to apply and set the brow zing’s powder to fill in sparse areas and lock the brows into place.
STEP 7: KOURTNEY’S EYES
To prime the lid I used Eyeshadow Primer Potion in Tawny Matte Finish by Urban Decay topped with Eyeshadow in Chopper by Urban Decay. *this is the perfect color for giving off a smokey dark golden pinkish glam look. M.A.C. has the perfect Eye Kohl in Smolder that I used to line Kourt’s upper inner eye line.  I also give a thick line on top of the lid close to the lash line. Remember, to finish off the eye, I curl her lashes using Shu Uemura eyelash curler.  I gave Kourtney her lush lashes with Plush Lash by M.A.C..
STEP 8: KOURTNEY’S CHEEKS
On the hollow of her cheeks I applied Bronzing Powder in Laguna by NARS. To give give that pinkish glow, I used a touch of CORALista Blush by Benefit to give a sheer natural hint of color.
STEP 9: KOURTNEY’S LUMINOUS GLOW
I applied Lust Dust by benefit right above the hollows of her cheeks & bridge of her nose.
STEP 10: KOURTNEY’S LIPSFirst I lined her lips with a The Essential Pencil in Nude by Trish McEvoy. *Although this is a matte finish it helps to extend the wear of your favorite gloss or lip color. Next, I applied and blended lipstick in Pink Innocent by Trish McEvoy. I finished her lips with FUSION BEAUTY’s Lip Fusion inFATuation in La Lip Jolie to give the glossy coat.

FROM KIM’S BLOG: PRESS CLIPPINGS OF THE WEEK

The weekend is here!! What a busy week it’s been. So many exciting things are going on! My Harper’s Bazaar cover spread, inspired by Elizabeth Taylor, was released. It’s definitely one of the most fun and unique shoots I’ve ever done. It’s not every day a girl gets to dress up as Cleopatra.

Kourt and I also sold our K-Dash collection live on QVC last night! Did you guys watch us? We revealed all the fab new items in our K-Dash collection for QVC!

Here are all my favorite press clippings from this week. This article about me and Willow Smith having similar fashion sense is so cute and funny! I’m such a big fan of hers. So young, and so talented!
